Supporting Continuity of Care in Our Community
Restore Haus works alongside healthcare providers, nursing homes, senior living communities, and community organizations to support individuals recovering from injury, managing persistent pain, experiencing reduced mobility, or facing age-related declines in physical function and independence.
We frequently collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals by supporting clients after the initial phase of treatment has concluded. While manual therapy, medical management, and symptom reduction often play an important role early on, many individuals benefit from ongoing exercise prescription and progressive rehabilitation to rebuild capacity, improve function, and return to meaningful activities safely and confidently.
Every program begins with an individualized assessment because the right starting point depends on the person, not the diagnosis. We screen carefully at intake, work within our scope of practice, and collaborate with referring providers when appropriate to support coordinated care.
